Taking Care of Me
If you have clicked onto this page, welcome to where I plan on spending the next year or so of my life… taking care of me. I did pretty good being a young women over fifty, at least in the early fifties. However, I changed. I stopped working out. I don’t walk as often nor as far as I used to. I sit more. And I eat more.
